About The Position
As a Claims Manager within the Arch Insurance Claims organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Claims Examiners with varying levels of experience in the Direct Claims Resolution Unit ("DRC"). DRC handles a mixed caseload of Commercial Excess and Primary General Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Healthcare, Property, Professional Liability, Cyber, Surety, and Executive Assurance claims. This role reports to the AVP, Claims Shared Services.
