About The Position

The Remote Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster position at King's Insurance Staffing LLC involves managing moderate to complex Commercial General Liability claims from initiation to resolution. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in handling Commercial General Liability claims.
• Proven experience in coverage analysis of primary and excess insurance.
• Prior experience working with an Insurance Carrier and/or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) is essential.
• Experience managing litigated files is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust claims to determine liability, extent of damage, and compensation due to the insured.
• Manage claims through the entire claims process, including initiation, evaluation, resolution, and closure.
• Interact and communicate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case management activities and developments.
• Interpret policy language and analyze coverage to determine the extent of insurer's liability.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives and authorize payments within prescribed limits.
• Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and company guidelines related to general liability claims.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on complex claims to ensure that cases are resolved effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all stakeholders involved in the claims process.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge through company training and professional development opportunities.
