About The Position
Our Claims team is currently seeking a Commercial General Liability (CGL) Litigation Specialist. This is a full-time, exempt role with a hybrid work schedule-two days in the office and the option to work remotely for the remaining days. This position requires daily telephone contacts with the commercial line policyholders, risk managers, and agents. Fully responsible for the analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of complex commercial claims requiring thorough investigations including telephone contacts with the involved parties; technical expertise and complex analysis. Claim assignments are multi-state and involve commercial customers.
