Job Summary Romanoff Renovations is looking for a full-time, commercial flooring sales representative who has the capacity to manage multiple sales leads while providing some project management needs for sold installations. The successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners, end users, and internal team members. This is a fast paced environment with no limits to your earnings. We are currently offering a salary base plus commission. We will provide all the tools and support you need to be successful.

Requirements

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Able to produce and read P and L statements
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Ability to take accurate measurements and create diagrams
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Education may be considered as a substitute.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience may be considered as a substitute.
  • Commercial sales or flooring sales a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Can work independently or as part of a team
  • Will have the ability to work on multiple projects at one time from start to finish
  • Can develop new business and managing existing business clients
  • Will take ownership of projects from first contact through completion, and communicate throughout to internal team members and leaders
  • Will provide detailed and accurate work throughout the process
  • Will work in an office environment, as well as in the field including on job sites
  • Ability to travel if required
