In this role, you’ll handle maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs across Ford’s full vehicle lineup—from compact models to Commercial Ford Chassis vehicles. Benefits Health, medical, and dental insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and vacation Employee vehicle purchase programs Career growth and advancement opportunities Family-owned environment with long-term stability Fully air-conditioned service facilities Flexible work schedule Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford fleet vehicles (gas and diesel, all classes/sizes) Review work orders and customer concerns to develop accurate repair plans Inspect and test systems including engines, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, cooling, and electrical components Follow OEM guidelines and dealership protocols for all repair processes Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure safety compliance Process warranty parts and documentation per Ford Motor Company requirements Stay up to date with manufacturer training, bulletins, and updates Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency Complete all repair documentation including labor times, parts usage, and diagnostic notes Maintain a clean, organized workspace Treat customer vehicles with care and return them in clean condition Adhere to all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ford Certification strongly preferred Diesel technician experience preferred 2+ years of fleet or commercial vehicle experience Experience with gas engines and heavy-line repairs across multiple vehicle platforms ASE Certification preferred CDL preferred Familiarity with Ford diagnostic tools (IDS, FDRS, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow factory specifications Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must provide personal tools appropriate for the position Ability to pass a drug screen Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Sanderson Ford is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
