About The Position

Bayland Buildings is actively seeking a Commerical Flatwork Leadman to work alongside crew members to complete the Concrete Flatwork on our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!

Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
• Read and understand blueprints; required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Must possess skills to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment

Responsibilities

• Perform Concrete Flatwork on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects
• Work closely with the Foreman to motivate, train, and mentor a crew of 3-4 concrete tradespeople
• Lead and always maintain a safe and quality work culture
• Assist in planning and organizing daily jobsite operations
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient production
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather condition and fast-paced work environment
