Requirements

A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with strong financial and digital orientation.
0-3 years of work experience in finance functions in the fields of performance controlling, accounting, financial audit, reporting or commercial project management
Genuine passion for digital technologies-such as AI, automation, and data-driven innovation-paired with curiosity and resilience in a fast-changing environment.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to building and improving processes.
Growth mindset with the ambition to continuously develop and evolve as a future leader in finance.

Responsibilities

Design, optimize, and digitalize finance processes that support factory operations and scale with business growth.
Contribute to the implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA and related financial systems.
Leverage advanced tools-including AI, automation, and data visualization-to transform financial data into actionable, real-time insights.
Support financial planning activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to enable data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance and accuracy through participation in internal controls, audit readiness, and financial integrity initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Engineering, Procurement, IT, and Project Management to identify inefficiencies and drive transparency, agility, and measurable business impact.
