Requirements

• Meaningful commercial finance experience.
• Experience in representing bank and non-bank lenders and/or borrowers in financing transactions.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to and in Good Standing with or willing to be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in litigation, intellectual property, government relations, employment and labor, corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, and consumer financial services.

Responsibilities

• Represent bank and non-bank lenders and/or borrowers in transactions involving acquisition financing, working capital facilities, merchant cash advance financing, and asset-based lending.
• Draft and review legal documents related to commercial finance transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
• Collaborate with attorneys and professionals in the Boston office on various legal matters.
• Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice on financing options.
