  • Support the Commercial Sales organization for the BMS and HVAC/R lines of business.
  • Develop templates and reporting to assist in the development of the Annual Plan, Forecasts, and in-month pulse checks for Secured Orders & Revenue.
  • Prepare presentations for Americas Products Leadership.
  • Create detailed revenue reporting from ERPs on Product Families and Channel Partner performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with variance analysis and commentary.
  • Assist with Cost Center budgeting for Selling costs/investments.
  • Monitor and control Selling Cost for the product domains.
  • Perform various business case evaluations.
  • Perform special projects as deemed necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting Sales or Commercial functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
