You will support C&I Demand Response programs - candidate must live in and drive throughout the Virginia utility territory. Act as local on-site program and company representative to small business and commercial customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders, to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits, or new construction. Provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions. Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of complex and large scale commercial buildings. Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into program database. Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products. Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of experience
  • High school or Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
  • 21+ with a clean valid drivers license
  • Reliable vehicle to travel through defined territory
