Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in fence construction, sales, or a related construction field is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans.
• Communication: Top-tier communication, negotiation, and persuasive presentation skills.
• Mobility: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for territory travel.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to handle the physical demands of on-site work (walking, lifting, climbing, etc.).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Scoping: Proactively scheduling appointments and visiting commercial properties to measure, analyze sites, and understand project constraints.
• Detailed Estimation: Reviewing plans and drawings to determine exact material, labor, and equipment costs for commercial fencing projects.
• Proposal Management: Crafting professional, winning proposals and submitting competitive bids to clients.
• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers and contractors to secure repeat business.
• Travel: Managing travel and bidding opportunities like a professional.
