About The Position

The Commercial Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and responding to service calls at various commercial locations. This role requires independent work and expertise in multiple trade fields, including carpentry, electrical repairs, HVAC, plumbing, and general cleaning. The technician will primarily operate within a designated route in Surprise, AZ, with some travel to Las Vegas, NV.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong project management skills.

• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine building maintenance tasks for a predesignated route.
• Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders at various commercial locations.
• Perform building maintenance tasks in trade fields such as carpentry, electrical repairs, HVAC, plumbing, and painting.
• Perform general cleaning and other assigned tasks.
• Be available for on-call duties as required.
