The Executive Team Lead at Marsh McLennan Agency is responsible for overseeing and managing a team that includes Sr. Account Executives, Account Executives, and Account Managers. This role involves managing the Insurance Programs for assigned clients and is crucial in maximizing the Producer's ability to generate revenue by relieving them of non-sales duties. The Executive Team Lead is accountable for the total management of assigned Producer(s) specific clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention through effective communication and relationship management. The position requires a strong consultative ability to provide guidance to clients and to manage the quality of service delivered by the team. In addition to client management, the Executive Team Lead will consult with clients on strategic Risk Management plan design recommendations, maintain knowledge of carrier/vendor products, and manage the renewal and account rounding process. The role also involves developing and maintaining business relationships with key client decision-makers, managing revenue generation, and representing the agency at various events. Internal contributions include leading the account team, providing training and performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to agency workflows and processes.
