About the position

Pittsburgh Paints Company is searching for a Commercial Excellence Manager. You will be a necessary contributor to the sustainable growth of The Pittsburgh Paint Company's business and team. The position is located remotely, directly reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director.

Responsibilities

  • Change champion to improve sales excellence principles into all sales teams within the region and develop leading and influential relationships with other departments.
  • Create implementation of Sales Enablement tools and processes (CRM, templates, processes).
  • Contribute to the definition, support implementation of standardized processes and tools to allow commercial teams to accomplish growth strategies.
  • Deploy pipeline governance process including operating schedule and measurements to allow the sales team to prioritize and convert prospects and grow opportunities.
  • Promote accountability of commercial teams towards Account Management.
  • Develop the commercialization following the selling machine strategic programs.
  • Support Bonus & Incentive management - work with country teams on implementation & tracking.
  • Train sales teams on new processes and new tools, best practices and capture feedback to improve user experience.
  • Contribute to project teams to lead process standardization, compliance, and successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a distribution model, sales, marketing, or other commercial role with a proven track record of leadership, sales achievements and influencing people.
  • Ability to create a vision, lead and interface and influence effectively.
