  • Develop and implement Commercial Excellence processes through CRM tools.
  • Support initiatives aimed at advancing customer centricity and profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams on projects.
  • Track account plans and monitor execution of customer relationships.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for sales performance and insights.
  • Support ongoing sales training and development initiatives.
  • Act as a CRM champion and key user for the sales community.
  • Manage customer database and documentation needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Analysis with strong CRM expertise.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing is beneficial.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and ability to work in multicultural teams.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, particularly with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence software.
  • Lean/Continuous Improvement Training
  • Experience in B2B manufacturing industry
  • Fluency in languages other than English
