About The Position
University Title Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Escrow Officer to join their team. This industry professional will provide escrow services while maintaining and growing their personal client base. A successful Escrow Officer will have a high quality of work and will provide excellent customer service while remaining flexible under changing schedules and demands.
Requirements
- TDI Escrow Officer license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated track record of excellent client service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing skills
Nice To Haves
- RamQuest experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- 4+ years of title industry experience
- Bachelors degree
Responsibilities
- Prepare recordings
- Oversee closing schedules
- Obtain and verify POAs
- Review settlement statements
