CENTRAL TITLE DIVISION Job Description: Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join Old Republic Title as a Commercial Escrow Assistant in a hybrid role at our Minnetonka, MN location —and play a key role in supporting high-impact commercial real estate transactions. In this role, you’ll partner with experienced Escrow Officers and underwriting professionals to help manage and close a variety of deals—from single-site transactions to complex multi-state refinance and sale transactions. Location & Schedule: Hybrid role with 3 days in-office at our Minnetonka, MN location; Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for overtime as needed).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of escrow experience ( commercial experience preferred )
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • A positive, professional attitude and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Support Escrow Officers in all aspects of commercial closings, including preparing settlement statements, reviewing escrow instructions, coordinating wires, recording documents, and maintaining trial balances.
  • Assist with opening, processing, and closing commercial refinance and sale transactions.
  • Coordinate with lenders, clients, realtors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closings.
  • Partner with underwriting staff and leadership on closing and post-closing activities.
  • Coordinate local and national recordings and manage post-closing escrow activities.
  • Handle transaction-related accounting, including payments to agents, local offices, and booking fees.
  • Assist with title order placement and provide administrative support across the department.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction lifecycle.
