About The Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Escrow Assistant to join our team. Looking for an individual that is organized, detail-oriented and motivated to learn. An individual that is familiar with processing a commercial file from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years commercial escrow experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting two Commercial Escrow Officers in the escrow file process
• Opening orders
• Sending out commitments
• Communicating with parties to the transaction
• Reviewing commitments and gathering necessary information to close
• Ability to close on occasion
• Assisting with funding and recording
• Issuance of title policy
• Maintaining our electronic file throughout the process.
