About The Position

Commercial Kitchen is seeking qualified Commercial Equipment Service Technicians for Austin and our surrounding area. We are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment at customer locations.

Requirements

• 2 years prior experience in commercial cooking equipment or related military fields.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• CFESA certifications
• Universal EPA certification

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Cooking, and Ware Washing Equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
