About The Position

The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and cranes. This role involves performing pre-operational checks, routine maintenance, and basic repairs on equipment, as well as reading and interpreting site plans and construction drawings. The operator will work closely with crew members to ensure coordinated operations while adhering to safety regulations and participating in safety meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Operation.
• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in civil construction.
• Valid certifications and licenses for operating heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety guidelines and protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Excellent coordination and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
