About The Position

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Insurance Enterprise (Small Business) Team. You’ll be servicing the day to day needs of our insureds and managing the execution of all aspects of the client renewal. Other tasks include managing and delegating work as needed to assistant account managers and maintaining accurate policy and insured info in our agency management system (EPIC).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of insurance account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with EPIC is a plus.

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Service the day to day needs of insured clients.
• Manage the execution of all aspects of client renewals.
