The Commercial Enablement Vice President is responsible for building and sustaining the training infrastructure, tools, and market-facing experiences that enable our commercial organization to perform at a high level and drive measurable, profitable growth. This leader owns two equally critical areas commercial training and enablement for sales, account executives, and implementation leaders, and strategy and execution of industry events that advance the Cozeva + Vatica brand presence, sales outcomes, and client relationships. This role partners closely across Growth and Customer Succes, Marketing Product, Implementation, and executive leadership to ensure teams are consistently enabled with current knowledge, strong selling skills, and compelling, aligned market messaging. The position can be remote and reports directly to the EVP of Commercial Operations.
