Guild is hiring a Commercial Enablement Manager to enable our Employer Partner Services (Account Management) team. Our Account Managers are a commercially focused position accountable for managing Guild’s largest strategic partners. The Account Management team owns the overall health and performance of our clients and is directly responsible for renewals, growth, and profitability. In this role, you will be a critical partner to the Employer Partner Services team, work cross-functionally to build and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, and measure the impact of those programs. As the Commercial Enablement Manager, this role requires a high level of strategic thinking, prioritization, program management and design expertise, and the ability to collaborate with many cross-functional teams across the organization.
