  • Identify training needs and coordinate cross-departmental information flow.
  • Oversee projects that drive commercial colleague success.
  • Design and deliver training materials that directly impact commercial team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Work with Marketing, Product Development, and subject matter experts to ensure current, effective materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute projects within scope and budget.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust processes to meet evolving client and market needs.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge across Personify Health products, services, partnerships, and processes relevant to Commercial organization success.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training materials including presentations, knowledgebase resources, online modules, documentation, and competency assessments.
  • Coordinate communication among Marketing, Product Development, and internal departments to provide updates on enhancements and innovations.
  • Execute projects with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance.
  • Communicate existing and new products or processes to Commercial Teams through meetings and comprehensive documentation.
  • Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and integrate market perspectives into client needs reviews and process adjustments.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years' success in client management, project management, or product training (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Skilled in curriculum design, training delivery, and assessment (online L&D software preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Seismic (strongly preferred) and Gainsight (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Health, Wellbeing & Navigation Market preferred.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding oral, visual presentation, and communication skills (technical and non-technical).
  • Strong understanding of impact that new features/processes have on business, clients, and end users.
