About The Position

Aon's Talent Analytics (TA) team provides clients with the data, analytics, and advice required to help them make better human capital decisions that ultimately transform businesses, communities, and individuals. The primary goal of the Director is to implement global strategies, methodologies, processes, systems, and infrastructure that increase the productivity of our global commercial organization. Partnering with regional leadership team and other cross-functional partners, this leader will be charged with driving and supporting the strategy, technology and tactics to help our commercial organization achieve specific outcomes and competencies through Salesforce excellence and a continuous learning framework. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible and comfortable with changing priorities, can distill large amounts of information into simple concepts and can build effective working relationships across sales, marketing, finance and product development. They will have experience building role-specific sales enablement learning paths through the implementation and optimization of Salesforce across all areas of the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • Strategic execution experience.
  • Salesforce & Technology Expertise.
  • Program & Project Management experience (PMP certification preferred but not required).
  • Commercial Acumen.
  • Data-driven Approach.
  • Global Attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the commercial enablement strategy across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver enablement programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of the commercial team.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Marketo, Domo and more tools to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of the commercial team.
  • Partner with marketing on messaging, assets, campaigns, segmentation and sales sprints.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project or program plan that considers all requirements, constraints, resources, and results associated with the defined objectives.
  • Deliver effective program communications that inform, influence and drive adoption and championship of programs and results.
  • Drive the successful execution of initiatives to ensure landmarks and objectives are met while ensuring quality.
