Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Must be able to lead crews
- Must be fully proficient with plans, prints, and layout
- Strong conduit bending and installation skills
- 2-3+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred
- Ability to pull wire, install devices, and assist with rough-in and trim-out
- Must be able to follow direction from Journeyman leads
- Must provide own electrical hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and safety mindset
Responsibilities
- Acting as a lead electrician on site
- Reading, understanding, and working from plans, prints, and layouts
- Running and installing conduit
- Pulling wire, installing devices, and assisting with full electrical systems
- Directing helpers and ensuring workflow stays on schedule
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive jobsite
