About The Position
With over 18 years of experience and 100+ million-dollar projects completed, Hays Electrical Services provides excellent service to customers in industries like hospitality/multifamily, commercial, and solar. Hays Electrical Services approaches each project with a cooperative mindset, working with business owners, contractors, and subcontractors towards the common goal – successful project delivery. We are seeking experienced Commercial Electricians with a valid OSHA 10 certification to work on a variety of commercial projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification. No exceptions.
- Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Nice To Haves
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License
- Experience with conduit bending, panel installation, and lighting systems
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
