About The Position
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Commercial Electrician - Low Voltage Foreman for projects based in Xenia, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor and take on a leadership role managing and installing commercial low-voltage and fire alarm systems across multiple locations in Ohio. We are seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead low-voltage installation projects throughout Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the installation, supervision, and successful completion of fire alarm and low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial environments, with a proven track record of leading crews safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience (low-voltage focus preferred)
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician on low-voltage or fire alarm projects
- Must hold a valid Ohio Fire Alarm License
- Must have OSHA 30 certification
- Must have First Aid/CPR certification
- Skilled in blueprint reading, project coordination, and system troubleshooting
- Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between project sites
- Strong focus on leadership, organization, and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and participating in the installation of fire alarm and low-voltage systems
- Managing crews and coordinating project workflow to ensure timely completion
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical drawings, and technical specifications
- Ensuring compliance with NEC, NFPA, and all site safety standards
- Troubleshooting system issues and ensuring proper system functionality
- Traveling regularly between Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus as projects require
