About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Electrical Superintendent to lead our commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in managing large teams, communicates well, and is committed to delivering excellence and safety on job sites. As a Superintendent, youll oversee field operations, drive production, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Kaspers standards. Youll work closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and office staff while maintaining a high level of professionalism in the field and with clients.

Requirements

Enjoy leading others and setting the pace on the jobsite
Can run multiple jobs at once with crews and subcontractors
Plan layouts, schedule crews, and coordinate materials to keep projects on track
Communicate clearly with project managers, GCs, and inspectors
Track productivity, enforce safety standards, and maintain a clean job site
Train, mentor, and coach apprentices and journeymen
Possess strong working knowledge of NEC and commercial workflows

Nice To Haves

Have 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical fieldwork
Have 2+ years of leadership experience as a foreman or superintendent
Bring innovative solutions to keep work moving efficiently
Show urgency and initiative to follow up and lead well
Understand specialized sectors like healthcare, hospitality, or institutional work
Ask great questions and seek opportunities to grow and mentor others
