About The Position
GrowNScale is seeking a highly capable and experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead ground-up and interior buildout projects throughout South Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and is ready to take full ownership of projects from planning through closeout.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical project management experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC, construction timelines, and workflow
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects
- Coordinate field labor, materials, schedules, and inspections
- Track budgets, forecasts, and profitability
- Communicate clearly with clients, GCs, and vendors
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, and documentation compliance
- Support and collaborate with field superintendents and foremen
