We are looking for a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate electrical projects across our growing commercial division. Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial electrical experience, with proven leadership or foreman-level experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, codes, and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Skilled in project coordination, scheduling, and crew management
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and project managers
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman electrician license or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices, delegating tasks and setting clear priorities
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule, and organize project workflows
  • Ensure all installations meet design specifications, deadlines, and budget requirements
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and code compliance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide the team toward effective solutions
  • Train, mentor, and support electricians and apprentices in skill development
  • Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment built on teamwork and accountability
  • Coordinate material and equipment needs with procurement teams
  • Manage inventory, track usage, and control material costs to maintain project efficiency
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct site safety meetings
  • Ensure all work complies with OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • Maintain open communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of progress reports, change orders, and project documentation
