Requirements
- Strong interest in learning the commercial electrical trade
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and safety practices
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision
- Physically fit and able to work in various jobsite conditions
- Equipped with basic electrical hand tools and a battery drill

Nice To Haves
- Previous electrical experience or technical schooling is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced electricians with the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and components according to codes and specifications
- Help install conduits, cable trays, and raceways for electrical wiring
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Support in maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment
- Assist in diagnosing and fixing electrical issues under supervision
- Help test and inspect electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality
- Organize, transport, and maintain materials, tools, and equipment for each project
- Maintain accurate job logs and documentation related to electrical work performed
- Follow all company and industry safety protocols and procedures
- Stay informed on safety standards, code updates, and industry best practices
- Participate in training sessions to advance your electrical skills and career growth
