About The Position

We are currently hiring Commercial Door Installers in Richmond, VA. As a Commercial Door Installer, you are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial door systems to ensure safety, security, and proper functionality on job sites.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of industry experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Comfortable walking up and down stairs and standing for long periods
• Must have your own tools
• Your own reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Installing commercial doors, frames, and hardware
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and installation instructions
• Ensuring doors are properly aligned, secure, and functioning
• Assisting with site preparation, including site cleanup and organization
• Handling and transporting doors, hardware, and materials safely around the job site
• Collaborating with team members and other trades to ensure smooth project progress
• Troubleshooting and repairing issues with existing door systems as needed
