Responsibilities

Oversee commercial door, frame, and hardware installation projects in Chesapeake from kickoff to completion
Schedule and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Review construction drawings, specifications, and hardware schedules for accuracy and compliance
Track project budgets, timelines, change orders, and related documentation
Communicate effectively with general contractors, owners, and internal teams to manage project scope and deadlines
Implement best practices to improve workflow, efficiency, and project outcomes
