The ideal Project Manager (PM) is experienced and knowledgeable about the Division 8 segment of commercial construction. Additionally, understanding some Division 10 is a plus! This PM will be detailed and diligent, maintaining a sense of urgency in their work. Through being well-organized, the PM will quickly be able to prioritize work among multiple projects, as well as make and execute decisions quickly and independently. While utilizing strong professional communication skills when challenges arise, this PM will build strong relationships both internally and externally through generating solutions and delivering feedback. In staying customer-focused, a successful Project Manager will interact with customers, vendors, and peers with honesty and respectfulness.
