About The Position

Commercial Domain Architect Job Level: W2T Consultant Job Location: Hybrid/Onsite-Must be local to Deerfield, IL. Will need to be onsite Tues/Thurs. In this role, you will: Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Global Service & Repair leaders to define target operating models and capability roadmaps. Lead target state architecture across portfolio planning, pricing, demand shaping, sales execution, enablement, customer support, and service delivery. Provide solution architecture leadership for major Commercial and Service initiatives, ensuring alignment to Salesforce and enterprise platform standards. Guide solution design across Salesforce, MarTech, SAP Hybris, Aprimo, Allego, and related systems. Identify and drive consolidation, rationalization, and retirement of redundant Commercial and Service tools. Partner with Finance and business leaders to quantify savings and track value realization. Represent Commercial and Service architecture in enterprise governance forums and ensure consistent, platform first decision making. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
