About The Position

We’re looking for someone to lead and shape our Commercial strategy and growth across all brands, products and markets —someone who’s strategic, data-savvy, KPI focused and knows how to grow Casino, Sports and Sweepstakes brands in both regulated and also unregulated markets. As Commercial Director, you’ll take ownership of our Casino, Sports and Sweeps P&Ls, supported by experienced Heads of each vertical to steer their growth and help us stay ahead in this fast-moving space. You will also be instrumental to new business development including new brands, new products and new markets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8–10+ years in a Senior commercial roles within iGaming, ideally across Gaming and Sportsbook
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of casino, sports betting, and iGaming technology/platforms and operators.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close high-value B2B contracts.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong commercial acumen to analyze data for actionable insights.
  • Network: An established "black book" of industry contacts
  • Markets: Solid experience in the iGaming sector essential, including experience with Anjuan/Curacao-licensed operations and both regulated and unregulated markets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market share and enter regulated and unregulated markets.
  • Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with casino and sportsbook providers ensuring current and new deals are optimized in terms of commercial terms (revenue share, fees) and there is strategic alignment to drive our product growth forward.
  • Revenue and Profit Optimization: Drive profitability through brand and product performance analysis, marketing collaboration, and promotional strategies.
  • Business Development: Explore and business case new business opportunities, be that brand, product, market or partnership based.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build high-performance teams, including Sports, Casino and Sweepstakes teams.
  • Product: work closely with the Group Product Director on shaping the product vision and roadmap for all brands / verticals based on clear KPIs.
  • Forecasting; work with Finance to set the annual (quarterly and monthly) targets for the year across all brands and product P&Ls. Ensure all teams know their specific sub KPIs and therefore their role and accountability in underpinning the overall targets.
  • KPI & Financial Oversight: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, ROI, and player acquisition/retention, reporting directly to Management. Lead the weekly and monthly Trading meetings ensuring we identify where we are winning and losing vs targets with clear actions to drive the business forward
