In this strategic role, you will improve the Nestlé USA Sales planning process. You will be responsible for consumer-based category or segment(s) and the achievement of sales volume, category and market share growth and trade spend targets. CDM Project Planners are key to ensure Agility within the CD organization. This role will lead Category specific strategic initiatives spanning Commercial execution and Financial/Process improvement. This Sales team member will work closely with multi-functional partners to achieve a comprehensive solution across all departments. This role will drive customer and channel initiatives including Strategic Revenue Management, Innovation, and New Business Development. You will drive Category Strategy and Product / brand category objectives. Based on shopper insights, you will establish critical, strategic key points for channel / key customer at the category / segment level and resolve overall category / brand needs at '4P' level.
