About The Position

Position Summary Under general supervision, the Building Cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and able to successfully pass a background check
- Must be reliable, work at a fast pace, and have strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor directions
- Follow building or customer-specific COVID protocols
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must speak fluent English
- Walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lifting up to 35 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Commercial cleaning experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties
- Clean offices and work areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows and windowsills
- Vacuum, dust/sweep, and mop floors and stairs
- Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitary, stocked, and ready for use
- Maintain clean and organized janitorial closets
