About The Position

This position includes daily order processing and customer service, balancing workloads and maintaining efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong computer and typing skills

  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to show judgment and to work independently
  • Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiently read, write, and perform basic math skills
  • Must be able to understand ordinary verbal and written instructions
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; some high school education required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure precise and accurate work
  • Adhere to customer service policies and procedures
  • Learn and maintain a working knowledge of current and new product lines
  • Establish good personnel relations with external customers, internal departments, sales staff, and other employees
  • Provide guidance and assistance with customers and complex issues
  • Handle difficult problems with customers and the company sales force
  • Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, claims, billing issues, & shipping details
  • Proficiently utilize ERP system
