About The Position
We are seeking a Commercial Custom Applicator to join our agronomy team. This position is responsible for operating custom application equipment to apply crop nutrients and crop protection products safely, accurately, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with area farmers/growers to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Applicator License/CDL (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to work extended hours during peak season
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain custom application equipment
- Mix, load, and apply crop protection products according to regulations
- Complete accurate application logs and maps daily
- Operate equipment with controllers and mapping software
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Ensure compliance with all Premier, federal, state, and OSHA regulations
