About The Position

We are a leading home services provider, and due to our continued growth we are looking for knowledgeable and reliable individuals to serve as Commercial Credit Collectors. You will be responsible for collecting outstanding account receivables on Commercial accounts. You must have good negotiation skills as well as the ability to think outside the box in order to work out suitable payment arrangements.

Requirements

• Proven Credit and Collections experience required.
• Ability to reconcile accounts.
• Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of the Energy system.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to produce in a stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Collecting outstanding account receivables on Commercial accounts.
• Understanding Transunion credit reports, Dunn & Bradstreet commercial credit reports and property reports.
• Using information from credit reports to manage assigned accounts.
• Multi-tasking between taking incoming and making outgoing calls.
• Making at least 4.5 outgoing collection calls per hour or at least 180 calls per week.
• Performing other duties as trained and assigned.
