The Commercial Counsel will play a key role in negotiating, drafting, and managing complex commercial contracts while supporting Vertiv’s strategic market growth initiatives. This role partners closely with Sales, Strategy and Growth, and Leadership Teams to structure scalable, compliant, and risk-balanced agreements that enable market expansion and deepen customer relationships. The Commercial Counsel provides practical legal guidance on deal strategy and go-to-market approaches, anticipates and mitigates legal and commercial risks, and helps drive revenue growth by facilitating efficient, business-focused contracting processes.
