We are seeking a strategic, business oriented Commercial Counsel to join our fast-growing loyalty marketing and technology organization. This fully remote, U.S.-based role may be hired at Commercial Counsel or Senior Commercial Counsel level, depending on experience and qualifications. You will partner with Sales, Product, InfoSec, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance to manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts and support scalable growth. Responsibilities include leading complex negotiations, providing practical legal guidance, and shaping contracting processes as we continue expanding globally. Key areas of focus include drafting and negotiating SaaS MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments, and change orders across client, vendor, and partner agreements, as well as advising on data security, privacy, and marketing compliance. Success in this role requires sound judgment, adaptability, and confidence operating independently while maintaining alignment with the Deputy General Counsel and broader Legal team initiatives.
