This Commercial Counsel will be a key member of the legal team, supporting and negotiating revenue-generating agreements that enable the Companyâs sales, partnerships and go to market teams. They will also negotiate and advise on inbound vendor and procurement agreements, helping teams across the Company operate efficiently and securely. They will manage a high volume of commercial transactions, and drive deal velocity while thoughtfully allocating risk in a complex fintech environment. They will provide clear, pragmatic guidance on legal issues arising in commercial transactions, and collaborate closely with sales, deal desk, partnerships, privacy, procurement, security, product, and engineering. They will contribute to the ongoing development of the Companyâs commercial legal resources, including playbooks, templates, policies, and workflows that improve consistency and support scalable growth. Throughout, they will balance risk management with business objectives and serve as a reliable partner to the business.
