Requirements

J.D. from a top-tier law school with membership in at least one state bar.
Minimum of 6 years of experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal department.
Strong background in internet and e-commerce legal issues, particularly privacy and SaaS.
Proven track record in managing strategic partner negotiations and contract drafting.
Strong negotiation presence and ability to lead teams toward goals.
Sound business judgment with skill in managing multiple priorities.
Ability to deliver clear and concise legal counsel while driving results cross-functionally.

Draft terms, policies, and disclosures, establishing related processes.
Advise internal clients on executed agreements' application.
