The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and analytical skills, coupled with prior in-house commercial contracts experience within a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company. This role entails managing a diverse portfolio of commercial agreements, including vendor, market access, and medical affairs agreements. The successful candidate will also be expected to collaborate effectively with colleagues across legal and business functions, efficiently handle a high volume of agreements, and serve as a trusted legal advisor on commercial matters.
