About The Position

The Commercial Coordinator at VENU+ is responsible for managing customer projects and programs from initiation to launch, ensuring they are delivered on-time, on-spec, and on-budget. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to engage with customers effectively, and the capacity to navigate through ambiguity and competing priorities. The ideal candidate will lead through influence, develop rapport with external customers, and solve problems efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant program management and/or customer support business experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business/Marketing, Liberal Arts, or related field.
• Understanding of workflows and client engagement.
• Well-developed project management skills.
• Technical aptitude in mechanical and software-based offerings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated business, analytical, prioritization, and planning skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lead through influence and persuasion.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• High energy with a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer projects and programs from kickoff through launch.
• Set and communicate team and individual responsibilities, establishing review cadence of delegated tasks.
• Engage stakeholders for buy-in and to relieve bottlenecks and complexity.
• Prepare and deliver customer-facing updates alongside executives.
• Source and negotiate project-specific third-party products and services.
• Establish achievable timetables and budgets in partnership with team members and contractors.
• Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc program performance and status reports.
• Predict and identify sources of conflict or problems, developing effective solutions.
• Ensure each phase of assigned projects has proper checks, balances, and stakeholder approvals.
