About The Position

We're looking for a Commercial Contracts Counsel to join our legal and compliance team. The Counsel will be responsible for leading, executing and managing the drafting, negotiation, and review of all commercial contracts, including client and vendor agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements, marketing and ad tech agreements, DPAs, and other legal documents as needed. Expectation to work from DC, NYC or Chicago office at least 3 days a week.
