About The Position

The Construction Superintendent at Built Wright Construction is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from planning through execution. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality control on-site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction and strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and project timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Experience using ProCore and Bluebeam is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from beginning to end.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Order equipment and arrange for regular maintenance.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with the project team.
• Ensure that the team and subcontractor are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
• Maintain a daily log of activities on the job site.
• Perform duties at multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Walk all units on the project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
• Attend meetings designed to coordinate the work.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors about quality of work or scheduling.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam on a daily basis.
